Fundamentals of Property Management
Forty hour class. 8:00 - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. 3301 Cambell Street. Call Carol with questions 390-2338.
40 hour course (five full days). If you want to manage other people's property, this is the course needed to get licensed. Property Management License needed by real estate licensees for property not personally owned if not running property management through broker. Also available for people without real estate license who wish to apply for Property Manager License. Tests during course
Completion of course entitles one to sit for the property management state test in Pierre.
If student is all ready a real estate licensee, course applies for continuing education or following post licensing educational requirements: Period 1 - 3 hours contract, 8 hours fiduciary, 1.5 hours etiquette, and 6 hours ethics. Period 2 - 6 hours law, 1.5 hours marketing, and 1 hour property issues.
